National Dairy Shrine recognizes the importance of supporting young generations as an investment in the brighter future and the NDS Student Recognition Award for Seniors has the aim to offer financial help to graduating university or four year college seniors who are considered our future leaders.

Full Description

The Senior Student Recognition Program offers $2000 award to the top student, while four more $1500 scholarships will be awarded per year.

The number will depend on the quality and number of applicants.

The scholarship is not available for students who have already received it in the previous years.

Each year winners are recognized at the National Dairy Shrine Awards Banquet and the awarded amount is given after that.

Who's eligible?

In order to get the chance of receiving this award, you will first need to meet certain eligibility criteria.

The award is designed for graduating university or four-year college seniors who are planning a career in the dairy industry or production agriculture.

The eligible students should also possess great leadership skills, should have done positive activities affecting the dairy industry, should have high academic achievement and can prove all these qualifications.

Each university can nominate up to two students for this award and only two applicants per college or university are accepted per year.
