This amazing award is available to rising juniors or seniors who will have the opportunity to earn this two-year scholarship.

Who's eligible?

As with any other scholarship, there are certain scholarship criteria according to which the candidates are accepted and the winner is selected.

Not everybody can apply and be accepted for this scholarship, so you are advised to first take a look at the eligibility requirements and only then apply for the award.

The requirements are the following:

The eligible applicant has to be a member of an underrepresented group, as defined by U.S. government census data.

He/she has to be a first-generation college student who is planning to major in Music, Theatre or Dance.

Furthermore, the applicant has to be a full-time enrolled junior or senior with a minimum GPA of 2.5.

How to Apply

Once you determine that you are eligible for this award, you can submit your application form which has to be filled out with honest answers.

That would be one of the criteria for selecting the possible winners.

Besides the application form which can be found on the official website of the scholarship provider, the applicant will need to submit a letter of interest in which he/she will need  to speak about and give answers to the following questions:

Why are you the ideal candidate for a prominent scholarship?

What are your aspirations for a post-college career?

Furthermore, the applicant will need to participate in a live audition and interview and be eligible for Federal Pell Grant.
