The Novus Biologicals Scholarship Program awards a $1500 scholarship twice a year for the fall and spring semesters.

The main aim of this scholarship is to improve scientific achievement by financially helping students who are interested in developing a career in science.

Full Description

It is important to submit all the documents prior to the deadline which is December 13th and the recipient will be emailed directly within 2 weeks and will be announced on the scholarship page.

If you happen to be the lucky recipient of the award, the check will be sent directly to the university listed in your application.

Who's eligible?

Just as with any other scholarship, it is not possible that everybody has the right to apply.

The eligibility criteria which have to be fulfilled prior to submitting the application form is that applicants must have a major declared in a science-related field and be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in the educational institutions in the US, Canada, and European countries only.

There is no GPA requirement for this award.

All science-related majors are eligible such as Biology, Chemistry, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Medical Engineering etc.

When determining your eligibility and finding out that you have the right to participate in the contest for the scholarship, you should think about the application process as well.

What you need to do so as to apply for the Novus Biologicals Scholarship Program is to fill out the scholarship application form which is available on the scholarship provider’s website.

Furthermore, you will be asked, during the application process to upload the required documents.

Those are the Degree Declaration from the program you have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in, a list of your extracurricular activities related to your field of study and both personal and written statements.

In a personal statement, you are supposed to speak in 500 words or less about the impact you strive to make using a degree in your field of interest, while your written statement should be about why you chose this field of study.
