The NJCU Honors Program is very proud to offer a full-tuition scholarship for four years, a cohort-based Honors curriculum, a University-supported study abroad trip, collaborations with faculty, and community-engaged learning to experience the satisfaction of giving back to 25 most deserving applicants.

The number of winners is outstanding and they will get up to $50000 available thanks to generous sponsors.

The application timeline is very important to follow, so make sure you submit all the files and application form prior to the end of the application procedure which is on February 15th.

Who's eligible?

The New Jersey City University Business Honors Program in Finance is a challenging program for highly educated and talented incoming freshmen who seek to pursue finance-related careers.

So as to be eligible for the Honors Program at New Jersey City University you must be an exceptional, talented, highly motivated, and intellectually curious student who is engaged in a variety of community activities.

Admission to the Honors Program is highly competitive and the committee will consider applicants with a strong academic background.

Please, do not apply if you are not eligible for the award, as your application will be rejected.

How to Apply

Just like any other scholarship, the NJCU Honors Program in Finance Scholarship committee has determined some requirements that applicants have to meet and certain application procedure that has to be fulfilled.

To apply for this award, you must be prepared to provide the following documents and files:

You must upload a video, answering the question “Why do you want to be a part of the NJCU Honors Program?” which should not be longer than 2 minutes.

The applicant is also required to write an essay, no longer than 2 paragraphs, regarding a community engagement or volunteer activity that has been especially meaningful to him/her.

The whole application process is done online, and you only need to visit the scholarship provider’s official webpage and find a link to the application form.

There, you will be asked to provide your personal and contact information, your education details and answer all the questions with accurate and honest answers.
