The purpose of this scholarship is to help inspire and encourage high school seniors wanting to get a degree in higher education in a technology field.

At the same time they are people who want to promote community service and leave a high impact on the world around us.

The scholarship is aimed at high school seniors in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area with outstanding community service and the scholarship is founded in honor of Lisa Kaminski, who devoted all her life to her activities in numerous charitable organizations and to making a difference in our world.

Now, her scholarship is there to make a difference in the life of a young person who deserves and needs financial aid.

Full Description

Lisa Kaminski Memorial Scholarship is created so as to help and emphasize the fact that students with financial issues need our support.

The pursuit of higher education is not an easy task, especially if you have to pay expensive education costs, so you are encouraged to apply for the Lisa Kaminski Memorial Scholarship and try your luck.

The award is non-renewable and there will be only one winner per year who will get $2500.

It will be given to a deserving high school student and will be paid directly to the educational institution, not to the recipient and can be used for tuition and other educational expenses.

Who's eligible?

The eligibility criteria for this amazing award are that a person has to be a high school senior in the Greater Cincinnati area including New Kentucky, has to possess a record of outstanding community service and a recommendation provided by people familiar with the student’s community impact.

Furthermore, the applicant has to be planning to declare a major in a STEM-related field of study at an accredited college or university program.

Women candidates would have a slight advantage.

How to Apply

The application process starts on November 1st and the application forms have to be submitted before the deadline on January 15th.

On February 15th, short listed applicants will be notified and the most eligible candidates will have to come to an interview in March.
