Tenshon is proud to offer an amazing new scholarship opportunity for students who are ready to put their brains to work.
Shade Sail Design Challenge Scholarship is aimed at college students who are interested in architecture, design, and/or engineering.
Tenshon is aware of the fact that designers must learn to adapt quickly, perform creatively and think practically so they want to engage the younger generation of designers to start using their brains and at the same time get awarded for that through their outstanding scholarship.
It is very important that applicants read all the rules and selection process prior to entering this challenge.
Scholarships are available for both fall and spring semesters.
The scholarship award amount is $1,500.00 per semester and the application deadlines are July 15th for the Fall Semester and December 15th for Spring Semester.
The scholarship will be awarded to the student who takes the challenge of creating a unique shade sail structure using the existing standard sized shade sails, which can be found on the scholarship provider’s official website.
That way they will expand their mind to the ultimate possibilities found in the tensile fabric industry and the award will be given to those students who stand out and display an aptitude for shade sail design.
So as to be considered eligible, you must be a currently enrolled college student and must utilize only our standard shade sails.
Plus, you must include at least two shade sails in the design and all designs must include more than just a stand-alone shade sail.
The student should also design the environment in which they are placing the shade sails.
Once submitted, all designs will become the property of Tenshon.
