Influence Print Award for Design Excellence

Influence Print awards one scholarship for Design Excellence in 2024. The scholarship will be given to the best design of the year, which must be submitted to the Influence Print website. Besides a college scholarship of $1000, the winner will benefit from the nationwide recognition of his/her talent.

Full Description

The visual communication design scholarship provided by the Influence Print is awarded annually to students majoring in design, applied arts and graphic design who have excellent academic records and great creative skills.

For applying, students should submit their digital works on visual communication design, which can include one or more of the following elements: signs, typography, drawings, graphic design, illustrations, industrial design, advertising, color animation or electronic resources.

Applicants are encouraged to use this occasion for promoting something that inspires them, such as an idea, a cause or a product.

The works of the winner and other five finalists are going to be exhibited in a public gallery on the Influence Print website, which is often visited by leading members in the industry. Another award for the winner will be a large-format (up to 96×48 inches) copy of their work, printed by the Influence Print professionals.

The amount of the scholarship is 1000 and the deadline for the application is December 31, 2024.

Who's eligible?

  • Incoming freshmen or undergraduate/graduate students majoring in design, applied arts and graphic design who have excellent academic records and great creative skills.
  • Applicant must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents of the United States
  • They should not be employed by Influence Print at the time of the application.

How to Apply

Applicants should upload their design together with a 300 words description of their artwork in the online form provided by the website not later than December 31, 2024.

The application will be assessed based on the quality, creativity and emotional impact of their design as well as on their capacity to explain their work in the mandatory written description.
