Diamonds in the Rough Ministry offers scholarships to young women in all aspects of life, meaning it supports them and gives them strength to continue fulfilling their dreams.
Education is one way of developing and young women in Texas who are high school seniors looking for their place at colleges or universities should be supported, especially if the do not have enough financial assets.
Diamonds in the Rough Ministry Int’l is the organization which want to encourage women to continue developing professionally and achieve their dreams and goal.
The first and foremost qualification that you need to possess to be able to get this scholarship is to be female, as the foundation is helping only women.
Furthermore, you will need to be a Texas resident and over 18 years of age.
Additional requirements are to be a full-time student or a college undergraduate student with minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

How to Apply
Besides the attached application form which can be found on the official website and downloaded from there so as to be filled out, the applicants will need to provide an essay where they will describe their volunteer and professional experience and their expectations related to further education by March 15 2020.
Other requirements that are necessary to be sent are official transcripts of all college or university undergraduate work the applicant has completed up to that moment, two letters of recommendation written by a current professor, counselor, employer, minister, or mentor and one written by academic adviser where they will speak about the reasons why you are ideal candidate for scholarship.
These documents should be mailed directly from recommender to Diamonds in the Rough Ministry and the data related to the recommender which should be provided is the recommender’s name, contact information, responsibilities, years of involvement with the applicant and relationship to the applicant.
